1de_coop_wave

[Brutal]

I recently have been asked by a few people to start working on coop maps again. Wave is a nice and easy map to complete; So I believe people will play it a lot. 1de_coop_wave should be on coop servers by tonight. I'm still thinking about making a tbd version of it. But before I do that, I'd like to see how the 1de is played. Fart also helped me with a few ideas, so I gave him some credit.
