Ok guys end of season and we didn't do to well. I expected this as we are trying to gel and find plane compositions that work with the new recruits.

All being well mled and Sky will be with us for next season so that fills to big gaps that we sorely missed, bomb runner/ heavy support.

Im going to start looking for 1 or 2 active players that can bolster the team for APL 6, if you guys have any suggestions the pipe up and let me know.

Once again, thanks for sticking around, as far as i know eveyrone is happy to stay although mssv has expressed his discontentment at our performance this season so the jury is out on that one.

Lets not lie to ourselves and go around the issue - our results and play was terrible so mssv has every right to express his feelings. Yes, I believe plane compositions were the main reason we did so badly, but there certainly wasn't any

We didn't really have any choice but to play with those terrible compositions. Coincidently, we played the best games when both steppy and class were there. On the more positive side, me and other new players did get a lot of playtime so it isn't so terrible.

So yeah, we need to get our **** together for the next seasons or tournaments or scrims or whatever. These should be our goals for now:

Find some more heavy plane players. At the moment we have just two, and there isn't any guarantee that both of them or even one will be able to attend the games leaving us in terrible shape plane composition wise. Having 5 or more heavy planes would allow us much more flexibility.
Communication. Without a doubt, this has gotten better over the season but every game we'd have 1 or 2 people not on mumble which would hurt us by ruining some bomb run chances or whatever. We don't really have any star players that could demolish opponents by just playing their usual game, we need to use teamwork. A lot of time our mumble was simply silent. For example, simple observation upon seeing opponents ready to take the neutral bomb "they are all in center be very careful" would be incredibly helpful to stop lone planes going in and dying.

I agree whit lemon about those things... And i've been thinking about practising whale/bomber, whick one you need most. And yeah im sorry that i couldn't talk in mumble, cuz it was too late, but i think it was ok for me to just listen. I didnt have much things to say during those matches

Im not blaming anyone, but we had just 2 guys on mumble -.-'
Anyway, what do we need more, whale or bomber?

Well, i couldnt agree completely... Ok this season wasn't good, i guess everyone knows that. But the main problem was that too many players were not available for the games, me included...But we had actually 3 possible whales for this season, classy, steppy and pooper. Pooper can also be bomber.
For next season, i will practice more bomber, however i'm playing sometimes randa not that bad. But we shouldnt forget, mleddy (= the best bomber of altitude) is coming back, and sky with his frightening ta (=bombrunner!!!).
Of course, we should always watch out for new players, but we are not that bad prepared for next season, in view of roster.
So, in my opinion is the attendence and the communication a problem:P

Well my biggest concern was the show up thingy, I personally reserved my Saturday evening with KLF in mind but the result was me waiting for players to connect at match time too often, which, also leads to crappy plane composition options.

So if that gets improved, I believe we can do very well. More so with mled which is fantastic to play with and sky that, although I don't know much how good he plays, I've heard all good things about him.

Dear KLF,
I have been bad this season with: Communication (no mumble) and Showing up for games (only 3). I should partly take the blame of this APL.

From what I noticed, during the games I was there, was:
1. Bad participation (myself included): Only 5 sometimes 4 showing up.
2. When had enough to play, planes don't fit. 3 people showed up that play randa and nothing better.
3. Bombrunning. O gosh let's just leave it at that.
4. Communication (myself included)

Class I suggest that you update the roster to show what planes each King can fly proficiently.

Everyone should make a effort to let someone know if they can be there or not.
