Scrims on League servers - A suggestion if I may?

Hi guys,
I think anyone who plays with me knows I like scrims and like to organize it on the league servers.

I know I could host my own server, but given i'm in Hong Kong i'm going to pass on that option for now.

So, since I have no idea who to ask (evil said Kuja, Kuja has banned ARAB and said get in contact with tec who she hasn't been able to yet) I come to plea here.

Could 1 of 2 things (if not both happen)

1. Lower vote timer from 5 mins per person to 1 min per person. Easier to organize.

2. More admin, I have a few suggestions (who I hope will not abuse ban and hopefully on the condition they don't ban) - pick and choose for the ONLY purpose of setting up the scrims faster

I would also suggest texas but he seems to enjoy vote kicking a few people on sight, I would not deprive him that joy.
and I would like to be myself but I will more then settle for some change (and also understand if peeps think I am too much drama llama)

1. ARAB not banned anymore

2. There will be no more admins, save may be one.

Let everything be perfectly clear.

Tec27 is the owner and hoster of both league servers. He is god in these servers.
Neither Kuja or myself or anyone else can change the configs on these servers. Only tec can (and some things can't be changed, the 5 minute thing can't be, for instance).
We only act as a relay to ask tec to add new maps or change some configs.
And tec only chose admins people he can perfectly trust (there are 4 admins now, if i'm correct).

I don't think there will be more since tec isn't playing that much anymore. He still often reads this forum though (sup tec !).
