Default Joining Altitude Ladder

How do you join the ladder to get ranked? Do you have to join a league or do certain matches? Thanks!

Welcome to the Altitude Community!

You just play matches in the ladder, and then you will be listed in the Altitude Ladder. Does that answer your question?

I recommend that you /addfriend someone currently in a ladder server and talk to them a bit about it. They can give you the password, but keep in mind that ladder matches are very competitive and pressured. Make sure you're a strong BALL/TBD player if you plan to participate. You can always (once you have the password) observe for a while if you like.

I'm sure Ajuk would be happy to talk to you in-game, as would I.

Edit: or just read this: http://altitudegame.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2469. It's in the ladder forum area.

Hey, i cant find info on this anywhere, so im going to use this thread since its within the subject: Is ladder play for lvl 60 folks only? Everywhere i read about Altitude Ladder its "everyone is welcome" and "come and try or spectate true competetive ball/tbd" and then i find all servers restricted...

If level 60 is a requirement it would be nice to make it visible so new players like me dont bang their head against the wall, when they are lvl 30 and already getting tired of pubbing.

If you think you have what it takes, you could still play on {arr} servers. It has everything a ball server could offer :
Challenge. Hardwalls. Crazy people taking themselves for pirates. Random kicking if we don't like your name. Parrots playing vuvuzelas. A ball. And much more.*

*The following description may or may not fit with your actual gameplay experience and neither the announcer nor the server owners shall he held accountable for this deception.

I've got both the arr servers favorited, along with "official #3" and "TFL" server, ill hang out more there since it seems to at least be better then the different beginner servers that often has a lot of players.

Thanks for all the clarification guys.

If you can't find it, you definetely shouldn't be playing. Hint: read the rules.
