Important info for new members

Football Club is a BALL clan, that was founded by well-known players from the community of the football servers. Our goal is to bring our game to the competitive scene of Altitude and challenge the finest teams.

We focus on building a friendly community, and to achieve this, we want our players to know each other well. Our members can be found on a variety of BALL servers, you can recognize us by our fancy FC. clan tag and our casual attitude.

We are eager to develop our skills - any help or constructive criticism from experienced clans and veteran players are appreciated.

We’re always happy to play friendly matches against other teams: if you’re interested, get in contact with one of the leaders via PM or in-game.

As mue7z3 told me, our website can't be accessed from everywhere in the world (it is from Hungary, i tried from different ISPs). I'll try to move our team website in the next weeks, in the meantime, make sure you visit this very thread often, the dates will be announced here.

Also, my apologies to the F.M guys with whom we arranged a scrim for tonight, but many didn't know about that because of this error.

Next date:
- 09/10/2010 (This Saturday!) at 2PM GMT (Altitude Time) - Friendly match against the =AIR= team.

Well, I'm sorry to hear that the match wasn't even played. I'm staying at my hometown over this Sunday and the connection here is pretty poor (ping is off the charts) - which makes Alti unplayable. Anyway it's probably for the best to put all the information here from now on.
And also it's neccesary for everyone (FC) involved to be registred here - I appeal for already registred members to spread this! - so anyone could write here possible excuses etc. And by all means it will make whole communication easier in general - in case our homepage is down or the leaders aren't online.

Thanks for all who showed up for the scrim versus Aces High. Almost all of us were there, or messaged me about not being able to come. I'm proud of you guys, and I ask for this kind of enthusiasm for future events as well.

Although we couldn't do an "official" scrim because of AH not having enough players, it was great fun to train, I hope you feel the same way.

I have moved our old website to a different host, but before making it official, I'd like to ask you to test it for a while. If you have already registered on the old one, you can log in with the same username and password. If not, you can register a new account. Please tell me anything, that you think doesn't work normally. You can reach me in the usual ways: via e-mail, in-game or here on the forums.

Note that the domain has just been registered a few days ago, so it's possible that it might not be accessed from everywhere around the world yet.

If you're not a member of FC, but have a spare minute, your help would be still appreciated: please check if the site loads for you and post the result here.

I'd like to remind everyone in the Club, that our first EU League game against ///tV0 is on this Sunday (November 7th) at 6pm GMT.

Be careful when converting the GMT time to your time zone, as it has changed last week. (e.g. CET was GMT+2, now it's GMT+1). Hit TAB on any server to compare the GMT time to your time zone.

On this Wednesday (November 17th) evening (from around 7pm GMT) there will be a training on the FC server.

We made the server public, players that are not member of the Club are welcome too, maybe if enough people come, we could do a randoms vs. FC scrim.
