I am aware of that, but neither of us really can't do anything about it, so might as well go along with the all encompassing definition of the AltyTroll. Edited post to preserve Jrath's sanity.

As far as help goes, well, Ladder is sometimes down so I posted that to verify that it was working. The next step is to post in the Tech Support subforum.
