Good luck with your clan. You may want to specify more in your OP.
  • What is your clan game mode? TBD or Ball are the main ones and traditionally clans only specialise in one.
  • Is this for Brits only? The UK altitude contingent is relatively small and you'll struggle to get enough good players without including the other countries (who may not want to join a clan who's name implies UK only)
  • What are your clans objectives? Do you want to scrim or win leagues or just socialise?
  • What are these 'altitude advantages' you speak of.
  • You can get to level 60 in a few days. Anyone below 60 is probably still learning some of the nuances of the game and probably isn't ready for clan play, you probably don't need the 'LvL' field.
  • What is your clan tag? [TUKAC] is prohibitively long and maybe something like [UK] would be better.

EDIT:

These are good examples of how to set up a clan thread:

Kings Live Forever - http://altitudegame.com/forums/showthread.php?t=971
Fossil Fuels [BBQ] - http://altitudegame.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5586
Aces High - http://altitudegame.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3332
tVo - http://altitudegame.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6731

Finally, here is a guide to creating a clan - http://altitudegame.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2973
and to leading a team - http://altitudegame.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6764
