Clan Thread Requirements

In light of the new influx of clans we're implementing a new change for threads allowed in here.

All new clan threads must include at least the following in order to remain open:

1. The name of the team
2. A member list (has to be more than just you)
3. Who is the leader of the team
4. What game modes you play
5. The thread must be created by the clan captain.

Bonus points if you include:

1. What purpose your team serves (competitive, fun, etc)
2. How people can best contact you
3. What are the requirements for joining your team
