Spectate Mode - Mouse Scroll View in Free Camera view mode

It would help out making videos to be able to follow the action with the mouse instead of keyboard or follow a player/ball/bomb. That would make for much more professional looking videos and might start making alti more popular.

Replay files would be awesome too, but the mouse scroll I would to utilize to make better videos
