/rating malfunction

When you use the /rating <name> command, the stats will pop up twice, i've asked other people to test it and they get the same thing.

That explains why the rating for EU players is messed up again. The parser is running twice.

Can we get a EU server admin to stop one of the parsers?

we were getting 5 v 5 and 5 v 6 games too >.> and that's not because of players disconnecting, but the server itself was doing that.
