hello guys, well I have a concern, it turns out that was playing on the ladders and it took off in notebook but leave open the game and apparently altitude banned me 7 days to be in a team and not playing, well, not was my fault that, instead of me banned, so they just kicked it cost? someone that I can remove the ban or someone contact me to resolve this? thanks and cheers.

You are responsible for what your account does in ladder regardless if it was you, a friend, or a malicious virus that auto joins ladder whenever it is up. If we did just kick people out of the game whenever the afk joined and restarted ladder then ladder as we know it would be over. Players getting allies they hate to play with would fake afk to have a "Get out of jail free" constantly. Don't like playing on Core? Fake afk. Don't like being against 3v Pat or Mikesol? Fake afk.

tl;dr: Follow the rules like everyone else. See you in 7 days.

Ah, he says he was banned for being afk in his computer while he was on a team in some ladder game. Says it wasn't his fault but it's clearly in the rules that this is bannable offense.
