second arrow in debug mode

Does anybody know what the lower arrow the shows up in debug mode is supposed to indicate? This has been bugging me for a while and it makes sense that it would be acceleration, but the arrow's behavior indicates otherwise. I couldn't think of another vector value that the arrow could be representing.

And if you happen to know what some of the weird stuff on the right means i'd like to know also.
