Oyster's Altitude Map Pack
Greetings world. After being urged by a few people, I've decided to put together a collective pack of all of my maps thus far.

In some extreme cases, I redrew assets or applied new textures. All of the changes will be included in a text file, and I'll post them below. Unfortunately, this probably will be my last thread in this section... I don't think I'll be making any more maps any time soon (other than what we discussed via PM's, Van). I've lost my motivation. I'm not finding the joy in it that I once did, nor the satisfaction. Maybe one day I'll be inspired again, but who knows. I lightened the columns in the Carpia corner, fixed the outline on the bottom middle column formation, lightened the pink cobblestones, lightened the background for the top right section. ---------- ball astro 560 kb no change ----------- ball carpia 241 kb no change, last modified by Vanishing for ladder use -------------- ball caveroids 476 kb readjusted some of the asteroids so they weren't blocking flying lanes, added powerups in the top corners and lightened the 'space' background so its not as contrasting with the 'cave' background Last edited by Oyster; 06-24-2015 at 06:46 PM. |

I resized all of the objects, changed the background to a texture and made the color a bit lighter, modified the cobblestone colors so they don't look like miniature penises and slightly rearranged most all of the sprites. I changed to damage modifiers on the bushes to 1/5 of the original values and greatly increased their elasticity. I also reshaped all of the collision outlines so there weren't any wonky edges, except for the bushes. I left those jagged to create stranger and more extreme bounces. ball geometry 287 kb No change, last modified by Vanishing for ladder use -------------- ball overworld 185 kb Changed many trees levels so they don't overlap ----------- ball oyster 141 kb Changed the background to a dynamic texture, increased the transparency of the ball markers, fixed the layering on a couple objects ---------- ball scary 1468 kb Added a new, much smaller background, fixed a few graphical errors and shaped up a couple sharp corners that you could glitch through.
