The spam in this sub-forum

Pretty much every day, I've flagged a post made in this sub for spam. New members (whether it's a person or a bot) constantly posting "links" to live streams (usually football games). This morning, there was another post like this in Clan Organization as well.

How to stop this constant spam? Maybe require a captcha upon signing up?

Wish I knew lol. Been banning users left and right for the spam. Appreciate the reports as it definitely flags it down for me. ^_^

I've always wondered if captchas really work. I've seen other sites that require completing one when registering and still get loads of bots.

If someone is motivated enough, they can do the captchas themselves and tell the bot to do it's thing later. Captchas don't protect against motivated humans.
