Default Crash after launching

The game crashes almost instantly after I try to run it. The error is:
"WARNING: Could not lock System prefs. Unix error code 7.
Apr 02, 2012 12:53:06 AM java.util.prefs.FileSystemPreferences checkLockFile0ErrorCode"

I just installed Altitude for the first time on this machine. I also sent a bug report using the bug reporter.

I'm using Arch Linux 3.2.13-1-ARCH with jre7-openjdk 7.b147_2.1-3.

dmidecode

Altitude.log

The log file has this: "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /home/nawi/Games/Altitude/altitude/native/liblwjgl.so: /home/nawi/Games/Altitude/altitude/native/liblwjgl.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32
(Possible cause: architecture word width mismatch)"

Launch.log is basically:
"INFO [2012-04-02 00:56:08,812] [main]: Initialized logger: file=log/Launch.log, level=DEBUG, pattern=%p [%d{ISO8601}] [%t]: %m%n, maxFileSize=100KB, maxBackups=1, wasInitialized=false
INFO [2012-04-02 00:56:08,852] [main]: Launching '/home/nawi/Games/Altitude/altitude/launch-game.xml', args=[]
WARN [2012-04-02 00:56:08,854] [main]: Launcher failed to load progress report from update/download/_update-progress.xml
INFO [2012-04-02 00:56:09,444] [main]: Launcher exited"

A quick google brings this tip "Looks like your trying to use a 32-bit shared library on a 64 bit system...".

Try installing a 64-bit JRE (java runtime environment) on your linux box, then navigate to the altitude install directory, ~/altitude, and remove the subdirectory "jre" so that altitude will use the system JRE instead of the bundled JRE.
