Anyone playing on a Chromebook?

Hey everyone, I'm a long time Apple guy, but my work is changing and I'm thinking of getting away from Apples and giving a chromebook a try, will the game work with a chromebook?

I'm downloading Chromium OS now, I'll give it a shot on virtual box, but I'm not sure if it'll work. The Wikipedia page says it's "designed by Google to work exclusively with web applications."
I'll edit this post when I've tested it, there must be some way around the "exclusive" part though, since it is based on linux.

edit: ok, I take that back, as far as I can tell it's impossible without installing linux, or using RDP.
Anyway, I would seriously not recommend a chrome book. From what I can tell it just looks like a netbook with a tiny SSD that can only run Google chrome. Unless I'm missing something.

And yes, skip Chrome OS, though it's based on Linux I don't think it will have all the necessary stuff (JVM+libs) to run Altitude. They probably stripped away way too much to get it to work with reasonable effort (not saying it can't be done).

Thanks for the feedback. I have a new job and I was thinking I could get by with something like a chromebook for personal use, but I don't think I want to give up altitude Sorry chromebook
