Default okay who plays music here

... and what instrument/style? Electric, acoustic, brand, model?

I don't think we've ever had such a thread.

Nice !!

I've been playing the piano for 10 years now, stopped taking lessons 4 years ago. I started playing the guitar 3 years ago and learned by myself.
Summer at home for now, so I spend 80% of my time playing guitar
needless to say my fingers are effed up really bad

Played piano for 10 years when I was younger but stopped due to hand injury.

Shame, playing with an orchestra must be cool :|

Most of the time I just sit and play freely, some of my impros have turned into songs. The rest of the time I work on my songs and find stuff by ear.

You're right, I did a very short cover of England by The National, but that was just to show my friend what my version sounded like! Me and him might jam this month so if we actually record anything I'll put it up on soundcloud

I am taking a stab at composing chiptunes with an original Game Boy and an LSDJ cartridge. Not good at it yet but it's fun stuff.
