SL 10 Registration
The All World 10th Sky league Ball World Cup  There Can Be Only One Game type: Ball Game Size: 6v6 - Roster Size Max: 15 (due May 30th) League Starts: June 1st (preseason) Format to be decided based on the number of teams to enter (likely double round robin regular season) Teams Registered:

I will be much more available during the week now that my semester is over, not sure I will be there still on Sundays, but hopefully we can have enough organization between teams. Please don't register if you are unsure on team's availability.

I'm not speaking for my team but would it be possible to start SL around August or so? Summer is always a bit tricky when people go on long ass trips and whatnot.

If I did anything, it would be the draft tournament not a league based on the fact that I could really see players not wanting to play with certain others (no one seemed invested in other choices) and at most it would take 2 weeks assuming we got more then 4 teams (which i would doubt we would). This means that we could go most of the summer without a league. I am not very sure that summer is a bad time. I rather skip a week here or there then go most of the summer without something. I think we mainly need to worry about high schoolers or college kids without jobs (which I don't think constitute the majority of the active players) for people who would take "long" (multiple week vacations). If a large group of people agree with J, then sure we can, but if I had to guess you would be a part of a minimal group of people who think summer is bad.
I would be willing to push back the start date til after ladder comes back from the dead, if people think that is best. I am just unsure how many people will stay active on the forums if there is no ladder and no APL/SL.

I am purely speaking for myself, I'm away for a long break till end of July. So first week of August would be good.
If you have enough to get it going, that's fine as well. I doubt a "large" group would agree with J and me on this, but I still wanted to speak out in this regard. Cheers

I won't be able to make it on any Sundays due to work, which is obviously a huge loss to all the teams who heavily recruited and depended on me to either anchor their teams or provide skill-raising competition against their players. Might be a deal breaker for any Sunday tournaments/leagues overall.

Any final registrations must be done before Saturday at noon EDT, as I will need to make a schedule for Sunday. Please for the teams who have registered to get your rosters up ASAP.

Due to a few new teams with little known experience, I will hold this week as preseason typical to APL and see how active these teams are. If they fail to show, then I will cut them.

I doubt zz even plays in the league. But if he does decide to, then obviously whoever he plays for then he won't be able to play for any other team.
