ping spikes problem

hey guys i am having a problem from about 3 weeks and i tried alot of things but none of them solved my problem....

When i join a server at first the ping looks fine and the server works well but after about 20 seconds my ping goes to 999 and then i get ping kicked..

can anyone help me please??or my altitude career is over already?!!

Is this just for the ladder servers?

as i have seen he is getting disconnected from our team server too, so no.
OsOs, do you get packet loss or just ping kick?
also did you also get ping kick today(2nd June) from our server because this seems to show that you pressed disconnect:
