Default I think I'm having problems port forwarding :/

edit: fixed it

Ok, I'm generaly quite confident with servers, but here I'm completely clueless.
I have set up port-forwarding on my router:

Set up my firewall:

and the server aperes to be runing fine:

But my serer isn't working properly, and when I check for open ports on link, port 80 works, but port 27276 and 27275 are closed.

any suggestions??
I tried using UPNP first but that didn't work :/

PS: if you're wondring why I switched from external image uploading to using attachments, half way through, the site I was using was annoying me -.-

The "incoming: Deny" in your second image might be a clue.

You have to let packets in AND out on the specified ports.

The box below that shows the exceptions, port 80, 27275 and 27276 are set to allow incoming connections. :/
Also, I just tried disabling my firewall and It didn't work.
Could it be something wrong with my server settings? I haven't changed much, just set the maps (football to test ^^)

Ok, Ignore that. I think it's a problem with my server settings. I just realized that It shows port 80 as closed when I'm not running my web server....
one sec :/

----------------------------------------

Right, so I'm on windows now, I have both my web server and altitude server running, the firewall is off, and my router is set up the same way for both port 80 and port 27276 + 27275. My web server works, but my alti server dosen't. SO that should mean it's definitely the server settings. Right?

PS. I just realized reading through this that it sounds really weird
