Patch: June 8th, custom server options and bug fixes

New console commands to restrict AllChat and TeamChat privileges: "chatBlock", "listChatBlocks", "addChatBlock", "removeChatBlock" -- to fully silence a player, block both AllChat and TeamChat

New console command for custom server hosts: "testGravityMode" -- 0 = default gravity, 1 = disable gravity for planes/weapons/powerups, 2 = disable gravity for the ball only, 3 = disable all gravity

Players now receive a message and are prevented from joining a team if a disallowed plane-random configuration is selected (e.g. non-random on a forced-random server)

JSON log entry "structureDamage": added "exactXp" for precise damage tracking

Fixed a synchronization bug affecting bases on non-TBD maps

Fixed a login bug that affected a very small number of users
